What red turning arrow? Part 10

Once again the car driver neglects to 'see' the red turning arrow that allows pedestrians and cyclists to safely cross. If you are having trouble 'seeing' a red signal then perhaps you shouldn't be behind the wheel.
1DTE858 offers an incompetent display of driving.
This crossing is a major pedestrian/cycle access way between Hamilton Hill and South Beach.
