I was cycling on my ebike, going 20 mph when this car accelerated so hard her tires squelched. I ride on this street to avoid the busy arterial which doesn't even back up. There are at least two preschools on this street and parents were picking up their kids at this time. The car was going well over 30 mph on a street that had a 20 mph speed limit.
