Heavy truck close-ish pass

Two earthmoving trucks passed close by. The trucks are 2.5m wide, and they must give me 1.5m clearance. The bike lane is 1.5-2.0m wide. My shoulder is 25cm right of the camera. The only way the trucks can pass me legally here is to move right one lane. They did not.
Both trucks held a steady line as they overtook me, but I could not know that until they were actually passing me.
